Fourth Relational Coaching Conference, 13th June 2016 - Working with Hubris in the Coaching Relationship

The Relational Coaching Conference is an annual professional developmental conference focusing on relational coaching and supervision. The 2016 conference will be held at Ashridge Executive Education on the 13th June.

This year, the conference will focus on the subject of Hubris and how to work with it in the coaching relationship.

Keynote speaker Dr (Lord) David Owen will discuss the point at which confidence and resiliance can tip from effective and helpful, to destructive and organisationally dangerous. Other experts in this field will explore different facets of working with hubris - including how vulnerability can be harnessed as an antidote to hubris and how collusion within the coaching relationship can prevent us from spotting hubris.

Dr Anthony Kasozi will also speak on living and leading well as a means for helping leaders to overcome hubris and myopia.
